This page gives general information about the website and the standard service approach. A project proposal or contract will contain the binding scope and commercial terms for commissioned work.
Trading identity
Mighty Digital Studio.net is a trading name used by Mark Childs, sole trader.
Website information
The website is intended to explain the studio’s services and provide a route for enquiries. Content is kept under review, but it should not be treated as professional legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Project agreements
No project begins solely because an enquiry has been submitted. Scope, responsibilities, fees, delivery arrangements and support are agreed separately in writing.
Ownership and usage
Unless a written project agreement states otherwise, Mighty Digital Studio retains ownership of the website, software and underlying build. The agreement will explain the client’s usage rights, hosting, maintenance, access and any handover provisions.
Hosting and support
WordPress website projects include 12 months’ hosting and support. Optional update packages may be agreed for ongoing content and design changes. App and SaaS hosting, maintenance and support are defined for the individual product.
